Ligamension2 Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the ligamension2 platform, accessible via ligamension2.xyz, along with all services, games, promotions, and other features provided by our platform. This Agreement takes effect from the date you first access or register an account with ligamension2.

By using the ligamension2 platform in any capacity – whether browsing content, registering an account, making a deposit, playing casino games, placing sports bets, or accessing promotions – you expressly and voluntarily agree to be bound by all terms in this document, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you are not permitted to use the ligamension2 platform, and we encourage you to close your account or cease using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after notice of any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

Ligamension2 services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ligamension2 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time to verify a member's eligibility and to close the account of any individual found not to meet these criteria.

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your membership. Ligamension2 takes the prevention of underage access seriously and reserves the right to request a copy of your identification document for age verification purposes.
• Geographic Location: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ligamension2's services is lawful under the local laws of your jurisdiction. Ligamension2 makes no representation that our content and services are legal in all jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals under the care of a guardian or trustee are not eligible to register.
• Non-Staff: ligamension2 employees, contractors, agents, and representatives, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to become members or use the platform's services for betting purposes.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register only one account with ligamension2. Multiple account registrations by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers or payment details, are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identification document, an active Malaysia phone number and a valid email address. Ligamension2 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact the ligamension2 support team immediately.

Ligamension2 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for our members' convenience. All available payment methods are legitimate and secure, processed through payment gateways that comply with industry security standards. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases, except where third-party technical disruptions occur beyond our control.

• Accepted Methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, AmBank), and other Malaysian internet banking methods.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and your account verification level.
• Ownership of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your ligamension2 account are entirely your own and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
• No Hidden Fees: ligamension2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their policies, which are beyond our control.

Ligamension2 is committed to processing all legitimate withdrawals promptly and transparently. Winnings earned through fair play are entirely yours, and we will ensure they reach you within the timeframe we have promised.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for regular members unless specifically stated in the conditions of a particular promotion.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes. In cases that require additional review, processing may take up to 24 hours on regular business days.
• Identity Verification: ligamension2 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit. This is a standard security measure to protect our members.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. Requests to change your withdrawal method may require additional verification from the ligamension2 team.
• VIP Withdrawal Limits: VIP Gold members may withdraw up to RM20,000 per day, while VIP Diamond members may withdraw up to RM100,000 per day, in accordance with ligamension2's prevailing VIP Rewards policy.

Ligamension2 offers a wide range of promotions and bonuses for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer. It is the member's responsibility to read and understand the terms of each promotion before accepting it.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are generally subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirements are stated in each individual promotional offer.
• Bonus Period: Every bonus has a stated validity period. Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire automatically and cannot be recovered.
• One Promotion at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional bonus may be active in a member's account at any one time. You may not combine two different promotions simultaneously.
• Right to Cancel: Ligamension2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Ligamension2's decisions on all matters relating to promotions are final.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the ligamension2 promotions system – including registering multiple accounts, using a VPN to manipulate promotion eligibility, or coordinating activity across multiple accounts – will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.

Every game and betting category on the ligamension2 platform has specific rules governing how the game is played, how winnings are calculated and how any disputes are resolved. Full rules for each game can be found on the relevant game page.

For Sports Betting – including BWF badminton, Malaysia Super League and EPL football, and e-sports – ligamension2 applies standard bet acceptance rules. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless an obvious technical error or suspected manipulation has occurred.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet for most games is RM5. The exact minimum limit depends on the game type and table selected.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum bet limits vary by game type, market, and VIP membership tier. The exact limits are displayed on each table or betting market.
• Final Decision: Game results issued by the ligamension2 system are final and binding. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of the date of the incident.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ligamension2 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant bet amount to the member's account.

Ligamension2 uses the latest security technology, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect all member data and financial transactions. However, the security of your account also depends on your own actions in keeping your login credentials confidential.

The following are strictly prohibited on the ligamension2 platform and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information
• Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to use your account
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to play or access the platform
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or any malicious code that compromises the platform
• Any form of fraud, document forgery, or providing false information to ligamension2
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the ligamension2 gaming system
• Money laundering or the use of funds derived from illegal activities to make deposits
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage

Ligamension2 provides the gaming platform on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranty that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors or technical faults. While we make every effort to ensure continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime without any disruption.

Ligamension2 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, incidental damages, loss of profits, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond our control such as internet outages, power failures, or natural disasters.

• Maximum Liability Limit: ligamension2's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Game Information: All statistics, odds, match schedules, and game information displayed are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. ligamension2 does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed.

Ligamension2 takes our social responsibility towards players seriously. We believe that healthy entertainment is only possible when players engage responsibly and within their means. The ligamension2 platform provides a range of tools to help members better manage their gaming habits.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in their account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased within 24 hours of being set.
• Loss Limit: Members can set a maximum loss limit for a specified period. Once this limit is reached, the platform will automatically block any further bets until the limit period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request a voluntary self-exclusion break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During this period, members will not be able to access or use any ligamension2 services.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Members experiencing serious difficulties with gambling control may apply for permanent self-exclusion. This request is irrevocable and the account will be permanently closed.

Members may close their ligamension2 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat or email at support@ligamension2.xyz. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance in the account (subject to the completion of all active bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's original payment method.

Ligamension2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• There is suspicion or evidence of a violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• A member found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or in any transaction
• There is suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Account inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormant account)
• Upon instruction from a relevant authority or regulatory body

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, ligamension2 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings associated with that breach. The original deposit balance (excluding bonuses) may be returned at ligamension2's discretion, depending on the specific circumstances of each case.

Ligamension2 reserves the right to modify, update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are immediately necessary for security or legal compliance reasons.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ligamension2 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the ligamension2 platform shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the ligamension2 team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution procedure we have established.
